Temple Quarry was the location for a QPANI meeting with guests from the Department of Finance and Infrastructure.

Following a welcome and overview of Whitemountain’s operations by Glenn Henry, (Operations Manager HPSV), and Mark Quigley (Operations Director– Highways), Gordon Best (Director QPANI) presented to guests including Katrina Godfrey (Permanent Secretary DFI), Andrew Murrary (Dept. Director DFI) and Scott Symington (Strategic Planning DFI). The presentation gave attendees an overview of the industry including its key challenges, with a focus on upcoming government budgets, sustainable & collaborative road maintenance strategies and the difficulty of attracting young persons into the industry. The guests were also given a site tour of Temple Depot to compete the afternoon’s proceedings.
