Car Park Surfacing, Tesco, Newtownards

Whitemountain has laid approximately 20,000 square metres of Hot Rolled Asphalt surfacing at Tesco's new store in Newtownards.

The sub-contract package for Main Contractor, McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd included the surfacing to car parks, access roads and service yards at the site.

Withe the majority of the Hot Rolled Asphalt being laid on a concrete base, a polymer modified bond coat was required and over 1,000 metres of crack inducing joints were cut and sealed.
